After purchasing (2) Le Creuset frying pans, I soon learned how hot the handles get during use. The problem of the hot handles was resolved with the purchase of the Le Creuset Silicone cool tool Handle Sleeves. The Silicone sleeve does get warm but I can comfortably hold the handle.
